Refund Policy — Virtual Orders
We want you to feel completely confident in your custom artwork before it goes into production. That's why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, valid from the date of your payment.
How it works:
If you decide not to move forward with your custom piece before your artwork has entered production, simply notify our team and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Once you approve the final design, the refund policy lapses, as your approval authorizes us to begin producing a physical product made specifically for you.
If your artwork enters production before the 7-day window ends (for example, if your design is approved and printed on day 3), no refund can be issued from that point forward.
If you have not yet approved your design, you remain eligible for a full refund at any point within the 7-day window.
In short: refund eligibility ends the moment you approve your design for production, or when the 7-day window closes, whichever happens first.
We encourage you to review your design carefully during the follow-up meeting and raise any changes or concerns before approving your final artwork, ensuring you're fully happy before we begin production. Sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
